LinkedIn lead generation ads connected to the CRM.
It was written for the company page. It went out under somebody's own name, and by the time anyone said so, the people it was aimed at had already read it.
On LinkedIn your business speaks with two mouths. There is the company page, and there is the founder’s own name, and the audience reads them very differently. A launch announcement from somebody’s personal profile reads as one person’s stray opinion. A personal reflection from the company page reads as a brand pretending to be a human being. Both voices are written in the same box here, and you say which one is speaking before it goes out. The wrong name on a post is the one social mistake you cannot quietly delete, because the people who notice are the people you were writing for.
Reach for it when the founder posts under their own name and the company page posts too, and both matter. It suits a business where the people are part of what is being bought. You connect the pages you are an admin of. Publishing is added in the planner, and lead ads are connected separately.

Add the account you publish from under Marketing → Social Planner, using the gear icon and then Social Accounts. Lead ads are a separate tile, under Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn. The ad account there needs a LinkedIn page linked to it. If it says permissions are missing, whoever set it up was not an admin of the page.

Yes. A poll is a question and up to four answers, live for a set number of days. That is what a poll is on LinkedIn, and it is the whole of it. Keep it to the question and the answers and it goes out as you meant.
No. The LinkedIn version is the question and its answers, and the other networks carry the picture as normal. One piece of planning, each network getting the shape it wants.
You decide when you connect it. Take the past ninety days of submissions, or start clean with new ones only. Nobody who filled in your form last month is stranded there waiting to be fetched by hand.
