Today

A long enquiry sits in the inbox with the real questions buried three paragraphs down. Whoever answers it skims, replies to the first thing they see, and the rest goes unanswered until the customer asks again.

What it connects

The gap it closes

The enquiry runs to five paragraphs with three real questions buried in the middle of it, and nobody has read it properly yet. The reply that eventually goes out answers the easy one. This reads it for you, hands back three short lines anyone can take in, and drafts an answer to what the person actually asked. The choice of who does that work is yours, and you are not stuck with one.

Where it fits

Sits where a piece of writing is needed and you want to choose who does it.

Questions

What people ask

What does this actually do for us?

It reads and it writes, inside work that is already running. A long enquiry becomes three short lines. A reply is drafted from what the person actually said, by email, text or WhatsApp. What it produces is saved onto their record, so the next person starts from something.

Why does having a choice of model matter to me?

Because the jobs are not the same. Tidying a note is not the work of answering someone deciding whether to buy. One connection reaches the well-known models. Use a light one where speed is the point. Use a stronger one where the answer carries weight.

Will the replies sound like us?

That part is yours. You decide how it should sound, and every draft is written to that. It also works from what the person in front of you actually said. So the reply answers their questions, rather than repeating a standard paragraph back at them.

Does a person still see it before the customer does?

That is your call, and most businesses start with a look. The draft is ready and waiting, rather than written from nothing at five to five. Once you trust how it reads on the routine enquiries, you let those go out on their own. You keep an eye on the rest.

Do we need our own OpenRouter account?

Yes, and it is worth knowing before you commit. The account is yours, in your name, and the work runs through it. Say you are considering this and we will walk you through opening one. It gets connected first, before anything is built on top of it.
