Push clients and invoices into Wave without re-entry.
Three jobs finished this week and two are invoiced. The third is still in your head, and you will remember it in a fortnight when the bank balance looks wrong.
You do your own books, usually at night, usually later than you meant to. There is nobody downstream to catch the invoice you forgot, so a job you never billed is simply money you never asked for. Connect Wave and the invoice you raise here is waiting there in your wording, and if you correct a price afterwards the correction follows it. When the money lands you tick it paid in Wave yourself — which is worth saying plainly, because it is a Sunday evening you were spending in Wave anyway, and it is now a tick rather than an hour of typing.
Sits at the end of the job, for the one-person business that keeps its own books. Reach for it when invoicing is the part of the evening you resent. You still want to be the one who sees the money land.
Need more than it doesTell us what the connection has to do and we will wire the rest of it.
The invoice is in Wave before you sit down. You are reading and sending, not building each one from a blank screen after hours.
Change a price or a line afterwards and the Wave record changes with it. Your line items and totals say the same thing in both places.
The money lands and you mark it off in Wave, the way you do now. The books stay something you have laid eyes on.
You will find it under Settings → Integrations, where you search for Wave and choose Manage.
Open the setup guide →Every native connection comes with the platform. Tell us what else you need and we will wire it.
Your invoices. They are raised in Wave with the amounts and the wording you set here. Edit one afterwards and the Wave copy is updated rather than duplicated. That is the whole scope, and for a business billing a handful of clients a month it is the part that took the time.
In Wave, yourself, the way you do now. The money arrives in your bank, you tick it off, your books are square. If you would rather never think about which invoices have settled, this is worth a conversation first. It is the one piece of the evening this keeps you in.
You choose when you set it up. Wave lets you keep several businesses under one login, so you pick which one the invoices belong in. Get that right at the start and the books never need untangling.
It is while you are invoicing a handful of clients a month and doing your own books. The signal to look at something bigger is an accountant asking for what Wave will not produce. Payroll and stock entering the picture is the other one.
The invoices already in Wave stay in Wave. Your client records, your history and your jobs stay here. Changing the software your books live in is not the same as rebuilding how you sell.
Your pipeline, your data. Not a slide deck.
