They say yes on the call, then wait for your bank details, then forget. You send a reminder, feel awkward about it, and the work still has not started.

What it connects

The gap it closes

The quote is accepted and then nothing happens for eleven days. Not because they changed their mind, but because paying you is a small job with several steps, and it keeps losing to everything else on their desk. This is not bookkeeping. It is the money arriving. Every place you already ask to be paid — an order form, an invoice, a payment link, a booking, a store, a course — can take a card or a wallet on the spot, and every one of those payments lands in the same ledger, whichever processor took it.

Where it fits

Sits at every point where a client says yes, turning the agreement into money the same day. Reach for it when cash is arriving through several different doors and you cannot see them all at once.

The ledger

What stops being your job

01

Paying you takes one tap

The invoice, the form or the booking carries the payment itself. No bank details to hunt for, no reference to type, no reason to leave it until the weekend.

02

Each part of the business can use its own processor

Point the online store at one and the invoices at another, whichever suits how you trade. You are not forced onto a single processor for everything.

03

Every payment lands in one place

Store, invoice, booking and link all report into the same ledger. What came in today is one screen, not four logins.

Questions

What people ask

Where can a client actually pay?

Wherever you already ask them to. Invoices, order forms, payment links, bookings, your store and your courses. Each of them can take the money at the point the client is looking at it. That is the scope, and it covers most of the ways a small business gets paid.

Which provider should we use?

The one that already works in your country and currency, and whose fees you have already accepted. Stripe, PayPal and Square are all common choices here. Tell us on the call which you are set up with and we will confirm it before anything is built.

Can different parts of the business use different processors?

Yes, and plenty do. The shop can sit with one and the invoicing with another. The two sides of a business often grew up on different arrangements, so you choose which part goes where.

Can we still take bank transfers?

Yes. Cards are offered because they are faster, not because transfers have to stop. Commercial clients on terms usually stay on transfer, and that is fine. The payment is recorded against the client either way.

How do refunds work?

You issue a refund where the payment was recorded, so it is the same screen you took the money on. That matters on a busy week. Nobody has to work out which processor handled a job from three weeks ago before they can put it right.
