Fig. 01 — What changes
Today

A customer buys, and the CRM knows nothing about it until somebody exports a list of orders and pastes it in. By then the thank-you is a week late and the abandoned basket is gone.

What it connects

The gap it closes

Someone buys from your store on Tuesday, and on Friday they get the welcome email written for strangers, because the store and the follow-up are two separate worlds and nobody has exported the spreadsheet yet. Connecting the store closes that gap. Your customers and their orders come across, your products with them, and three moments start work on their own: an order placed, an order fulfilled, a basket abandoned.

Where it fits

Sits where the storefront hands over, the moment a browser becomes someone you owe a message.

The ledger

What stops being your job

01

Buyers arrive as people you know

The customer and the order land in the CRM together. Nobody retypes someone who has already paid you.

02

The abandoned basket gets answered

A basket left behind starts the follow-up on its own. No one has to sit watching the store to catch it.

03

Your back catalogue comes too

Bring past orders across at the same time as new ones. Your best repeat buyers are there on day one, not after a month of trading.

Questions

What people ask

What actually comes across from my store?

Your customers, their orders and your products. Three moments then start work on your side: an order placed, an order fulfilled, a basket abandoned. That is the scope. It covers what you would otherwise message a buyer about by hand.

Do my old orders come across, or only new ones?

Both, if you want them. Bringing history across is a choice you make when you connect the store. Most shops take it. Your repeat buyers and your one-time buyers are sorted on day one. You are not waiting a month of trading for the list to fill up.

Does my store change in any way?

No. The store reads the same to your customers and the same to you. Income Mavericks reads from it, and the follow-up work then runs on our side. Your checkout, your theme and your product pages carry on exactly as they are today.

Which of my customers become contacts?

The ones who have placed an order. Those are the people worth a message anyway, so for most shops that is the useful half of the list. A browser who has never bought stays where they are, and arrives the day they order.

I am on a small Shopify plan. Is that a problem?

Worth checking before you commit. Shopify limits what smaller plans hand over about customers, and that shapes how much comes across. Tell us which plan you are on and we will confirm what to expect before anything is set up.
